Screen Nova Scotia Joins East Hants Business Community

Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia, March 20, 2025 – Screen Nova Scotia, through its subsidiary, Screen Nova Studios Inc., has purchased the property located at 68 & 70 Highway #1, Mount Uniacke (Exit 3 off Highway #101) to serve as a soundstage. This is an exciting new opportunity and a valuable addition to the East Hants business community.

The property, which includes multiple buildings, will be transformed into a state-of-the-art soundstage facility that will support film and television productions. With two expansive soundstages, production offices, and flexible spaces for various departments, this development is poised to attract creative industries. Additionally, the equestrian centre on the property will be repurposed into another stage, with ample room for future growth, positioning the site as a key player in the region’s economic and creative expansion.
