Amend the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use By-law to redesignate/rezone 2929 Hwy 202
The property is located at 2929 Highway 202 in the community of East Gore and contains a non-farm single unit dwelling. The property is currently designated and zoned Agricultural Reserve (AR).
The purpose of this proposal is to enable the expansion of a non-farm dwelling beyond 25% of the current floor area by redesignating and rezoning the property to Rural Use North (RU-2). Expanding a non-farm dwelling is currently restricted in the Agricultural Reserve (AR) Zone.
