The application requests to enter into a development agreement to allow for a new subdivision to be considered on Highway 2, Milford to permit up to 12 dwelling units.
The subject property is shown on the map to the right and is identified as PID 45092749, located along Highway 2, Milford. The property is zoned Two Dwelling Unit Residential (R2) zone. The surrounding properties are zoned the Two Dwelling Unit Residential (R2) zone and Agricultural Reserve (AR) zone. The subject property has frontage on Highway 2 and the lands are located within the Milford Growth Management Area and the Milford Groundwater Overlay (MGW) Zone.
The purpose of this application is to enter into a Development Agreement with the Municipality to allow for a new subdivision with the potential for 12 new dwelling units. The preliminary concept plan is attached. This plan is only a preliminary plan of subdivision. The applicant is required to go through the subdivision process once approval has been given to the development agreement to obtain their final subdivision approval. The final plan of subdivision is required to comply with all minimum lot area and frontage requirements outlined in the Land Use Bylaw.
