Notice of Consideration – Bylaw P-1300, Blasting Bylaw

Take notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants hereby proposes the establishment of Bylaw P-1300, a Bylaw Respecting Blasting. This new Bylaw includes regulations regarding blasting not related to pit and quarry blasting.
First reading was given to the proposed Bylaw at the regular meeting of Council held on June 28, 2023.
Second and final reading of the Bylaw is scheduled to be considered at the regular meeting of Council to be held on July 26, 2023.
