Notice of Approval – Official Community Plan Amendments

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants has approved an application by Maple Tree Holdings to redesignate and rezone a portion of PID 45426301, Mount Uniacke to Business Park (BP) designation and zone.
The amendments were given second reading and adopted by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing held on June 26, 2024. The amendments are effective on the publication date of this notice. Copies of the amendments may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications
