Notice of Approval – Official Community Plan Amendments

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants has approved a proposal to amend the Official Community Plan. The amendments redesignate PID 45118221 and PID 45078748, Old Enfield Road, Enfield, to Medium Density Residential (MR) and rezone the same properties to Multiple Unit Residential (R3) Zone.
The amendments were given second reading and adopted by Municipal Council at a public hearing held on January 24, 2024. The effective date of the amendments is the date of publication of this notice. Copies of the amendments may be inspected at easthants.ca/planning-applications.
