Council is being asked to review the attached memo and ratify entering into a contract with Irving Oil for fuel delivery services. This contract represents significant savings for East Hants and was entered into as part of the Provincial standing offer for Fuel Delivery Services. The contract requires Council approved based on the Alternative Procurement section of the Procurement Policy. Council can approve (motion in the memo) or defer for further discussion at Executive Committee.

Email on behalf of the East Hants Multi-Use Trails Association for the Driftclimbers Snowmobile Club seeking a letter of support to redirect money from a project they can’t proceed with to go towards the railbed instead (approx $180,000).
