The Municipality of East Hants will be holding a Public Information Meeting regarding the East Hants Official Community Plan – Village Core (VC) Designation and Zone Amendments.
This proposal is to increase the density from a maximum of 12 dwelling units permitted as-of-right, through site plan approval, to a maximum of 16 dwelling units, with a ground floor commercial component included. As part of the proposal, Council will also consider increasing the gross floor area and height of a 16-unit building.
