RYC Property Ltd. has submitted an application to change the land use designation and zone of lands located at the end of Havenwood Drive, Shubenacadie, identified as PID 45097227, to allow for residential development. Changing the zone to Two Dwelling Unit Residential (R2) Zone could enable the development of up to 47 semi-detached structures, for a total of 94 dwelling units.
The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre, 15 Commerce Court, Elmsdale.
In the event of cancellation, the meeting will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024 beginning at 7 p.m. The Public Hearing will also be livestreamed on the municipal website at easthants.ca/livestream.
