Finance Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Finance Coordinator to join our growing Finance team. 

The Finance Coordinator is responsible for management and oversight of payroll, accounts payable, the corporate visa card program, and funding claims.  This role supervises a team of three accounting professionals.

What you can offer:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, or related with a specialization in accounting.
  • You have several years of experience working with payroll and a thorough understanding of payroll software.
  • You have several years of experience in a supervisory role related to accounting.
  • You are a strong relationship builder and communicator, and can effectively build trust in order to collaborate with your team, team members across the organization, and other partners.
  • You are a great multi-tasker, with experience managing initiatives to completion, meeting your requirements and deadlines.
  • You are comfortable coaching a team of professionals to meet team and individual goals.
  • You are comfortable with technology related to accounting and payroll management, and can make recommendations on improving work processes through the use of technology.
  • A National Payroll Institute designation would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with ADP and/or SAP would be considered an asset.

Annual salary: $65,081.00 — $81,350.00
