Customer Service Representative



Location: East Hants Aquatic Centre, Elmsdale, NS

Customer Service Representatives are primarily responsible for greeting and directing patrons and answering inquiries as well as supporting participant registration, collection of fees, performing general reception duties and championing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and staff.

What you can offer:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-year related experience in a customer service-related role
  • First Aid Certification an asset, willingness to obtain required.
  • Clean Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale or Scheduling software or products would be an asset
  • Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Hourly Rate: $20.00

Hours: approximately 15-20 hours/week
