East Hants Waste Management Centre, Georgefield, NS
This position operates heavy equipment and machinery at the East Hants Waste Management Centre in Georgefield, NS. This position also performs minor equipment repairs, participates in general maintenance for site buildings and grounds, and supports activities in the scale house.
Operator – Water and Wastewater Services
Milford, NS
The Water and Wastewater Services Team is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the water distribution systems, the wastewater collection systems, two water treatment plants and three wastewater treatment plants. This role will be focused on Wastewater Utility operations which includes Wastewater Collection and Wastewater Treatment.
Custodian – Casual Hourly

Our Custodial team performs cleaning and minor maintenance functions at the East Hants Sportsplex. We are recruiting for a Custodian to join our team for a Casual hourly position.
Recreation Attendant

We are recruiting for Recreation Attendants to join our team for the upcoming fall/winter season. Our Recreation Attendants provide customer service support at the front desk and serve food and beverages to patrons of the café.
Arena/Facility Operators

We are recruiting for Arena/Facility Operators to join our team for the upcoming fall/winter season. Our Arena/Facility Operators are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the East Hants Sportsplex buildings and properties, maintenance of the ice rink, preparation of dressing rooms, and ensuring ice plant equipment is checked and maintained.
