As a result, their scheduled presentation for the June Executive Committee has been cancelled. Decision required regarding the $10,000 Community Partnership Grant funding.

Letter from Kristin Pike, Patterson Law on behalf of her clients Lorraine and Herve Burri owners of three properties located at 208 Feather Lane in Enfield. The owners are seeking to confirm the deeded access to their property and have proposed an easement agreement. The Municipality owns a parcel of land that the access crosses and would be a party to the agreement. Suggested motion: “That Council authorize the CAO to enter into an agreement to permit an easement across Lot 8 at 14 Feather Lane, identified as PID 45153814, for 208 Feather Lane, based on legal review and any subsequent changes that keep the intent the same”.

Letter from Public Works Re: Three-Year Cost Share Agreement for (J Class) Subdivision Streets. The current agreement for the paving of subdivision streets expires March 31, 2024. Attached is the new three-year agreement to be entered into with the Minister of Public Works in order to continue the program. The required Resolution of Council is also attached for Council approval.
