Notice of Consideration – Bylaw P-700-1

Take notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants hereby proposes the adoption of Bylaw P-700-1, an amendment to Bylaw P-700, Heritage Property Bylaw. This Bylaw establishes the Heritage Advisory Committee and the Municipal Registry of Heritage Properties.

First reading was given to the proposed amended Bylaw at the Regular Meeting of Council held on February 28, 2024.

Second and final reading of the Bylaw is scheduled to be considered at the Regular Meeting of Council to be held on March 27, 2024.
