Notice of Approval – Bylaw P-1300, Blasting Bylaw

Take notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants has approved Bylaw P-1300, a Bylaw Respecting Blasting. This new Bylaw includes regulations regarding blasting not related to pit and quarry blasting.
Second reading and approval was given to the proposed Bylaw at the regular meeting of Council held on July 26, 2023. The text of the Bylaw may be inspected at easthants.ca/bylaws or copies obtained from the Office of the Municipal Clerk, Suite 212, Lloyd E.
