Convent Lane Townhouses Inc. for creating unique rental accommodations for residents of East Hants as well as being one of the first Energy Star buildings in Nova Scotia.
Daryl Boyce for the sensitive restoration of a historic home that was significantly deteriorated and in danger of being lost.
East Hants Arena Limited for making a positive contribution to the social well being of East Hants residents and for creating an aesthetically pleasing recreation facility.
Enfield and District Lions Club Association for creating a safe and stimulating place for children to play.
The Magnolia Continuing Care Facility for creating a pleasant built environment for local seniors needing continuing care.
Harvey Architecture Limited for making a positive contribution to the built environment with their attractive and functional design of the expansion of the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre.
I.T.S. Construction Inc. for the high quality finish in the construction of their commercial building and premises, located in the Mount Uniacke Business Park.
Anthony Kawaski and Jonahan Twinley – The Old Parsonage for their renovation and innovative reuse of The Old Parsonage as an artist’s retreat.
