The Municipality of East Hants will be holding a Public Information Meeting regarding the following:
PLN24-002: Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw Mapping Amendments, Upper Nine Mile River
Application from Edward Hunter to redesignate and rezone a property on Indian Road, Upper Nine Mile River (PID 45189206) from the Agricultural Reserve (AR) zone and designation to the Rural Use (RU) zone and designation.
Subdivision Bylaw Amendments
Proposal to amend the Municipal Subdivision Bylaw to require a road connection from PID 45248192 to PID 45272861.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre, 15 Commerce Court, Elmsdale. The purpose of this meeting is to outline the proposals and respond to residents’ questions and comments. A final decision to approve or refuse the amendments will take place following a Public Hearing to be scheduled at a later date.
