Notice of Approval – PLN24-009

Take Notice that the Council of the Municipality of East Hants at their meeting on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, approved an application by Tot’s Academy Child Care Society to unsubstantially amend an existing development agreement to permit an increase to the number of parking stalls.

Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning or Council of an adjoining Municipality may, within 14 days of publication of this notice, appeal Council’s decision to the Nova Scotia Utility & Review Board in accordance with the Municipal Government Act. A copy of the development agreement amendment may be inspected at: easthants.ca/planning-applications.
