Take Notice that the Planning & Development Department for the Municipality of East Hants has received the following application:

PLN23-010: Development Agreement Application- Milford

Development Agreement application from James Kerr for property identified as PID 45092749 on Highway 2, Milford to allow for 12 new dwelling units.

This is a preliminary notice to inform the public of the proposal being considered. Approval by Municipal Council at a Public Hearing is required before the proposal may proceed.

An advertisement will be published at a later date indicating the time, date and location of the Public Hearing and any other public meetings.
