Any comments must be received by August 17, 2024. The Minister of Environment and Climate Change will decide if the project can be granted conditional EA Approval on or before September 6, 2024.

Letter from John Lohr, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing advising that the Province has signed a new 10-year agreement with the federal government under the Canada Community-Building (CCBF). This agreement will provide $318 million in the first five years to 49 municipalities, offer up-front and predictable long-term funding to help address local infrastructure priorities.
