Customer Service Representatives are primarily responsible for greeting and directing patrons and answering inquiries as well as supporting participant registration, collection of fees, performing general reception duties and championing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and staff.

What you can offer:
High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 1-year related experience in a customer service-related role
First Aid Certification an asset, willingness to obtain required.
Clean Criminal Records Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
Experience with Point-of-Sale or Scheduling software or products would be an asset
Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
Ability to work independently
Hourly Rate: $20.00
Hours: approximately 15-20 hours/week
