Burntcoat Head Park – Form Media for designing a significant tourism destination attracting visitors from around the world.
Bokma Farms Limited Innovation for building the largest cross ventilated robot milking facility in Canada.
Mount Uniacke Skatepark – New Line Skate Parks for designing a skatepark that encourages residents of Mount Uniacke to play, get active and learn new skills.
Amanda and Jason Canning for constructing a net zero home within a traditional serviced subdivision and a traditional home design.
Union Church for heritage preservation, ensuring a historic church is not destroyed by age.
Leno Ribahi & East Coast Detailing for making a positive contribution to the Elmsdale village core and an attractive renovation and reuse of an existing warehouse building.
Milford & Districts Lions Club for providing a new park destination to the community of Milford and beyond.
Harold and Edwina Campbell for constructing one level homes in Kennetcook that allow seniors to age in their community.
Barneybrook Ventures Inc – Willy Versteeg for providing seniors in Milford the option of aging in their community through the construction of one level living in a pleasant building that uses innovative technology to save energy.
RYC Property Limited – John Paul Cyr multiple unit development that is aesthetically pleasing and contributes to the visual appeal of the Municipality. Provides a housing alternative to conventional multiple unit development.
Jean Fader for building and site design that blends into the natural environment and is sensitive to its surroundings. Building design completed by Tracy Brown, constructed by Cottage Country.
